A mercenary from Amn.
Born and raised in Amn, he worked as a mercenary performing a variety of jobs as he was unable to work in the military due to his half orc heritage. His strong stature, wicked strength and scary demeanour led him to jobs such as bounty hunting, guard missions, debt collecting(often ends badly) and hard physical labour.
Life was hard living in Amn, where friends were few and enemies great without the right coinage, heritage or connections. Despite living in Amn his whole life he eventually found that there were many lands to explore and greater things he could achieve with his abilities. He quickly signed up with the Athkatlan Irregulars, a small mercenary company as a bodyguard to travel with a caravan to a destination far away. His luck opened up as a caravan was hiring strong able bodied men(and half-orcs =D ) to travel the long perilous journey from Amn to Silverymoon in Luruar, stopping by Baldur’s Gate and Waterdeep.
On his journey from Waterdeep to Luruar he met and became acquainted with a female wizard Mika, who was travelling on the same caravan. Korgul thought of Mika as an annoying bookworm as she would constantly nag him sharing her knowledge of history and religion of the area(stuff she learnt reading books). However, he became interested hearing of the Uthgardt tribes that reside in the Luruan region and would like to one day visit the tribes that reside there.
But first he needed to prove his own worth.
